Position: Junior field Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Junior field Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers hands-on sales training with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position with a fixed salary and attractive incentives.

Training Period (60 Days)

Duration: 60 days

Compensation: 20–25% of the revenue generated during the training period

Upon successful completion of training, candidates will qualify for fixed salary + incentives

Post-Training Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary


Role Overview

Junior Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential colleges, institutes, and training centers to promote LearnMediX courses.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions for students and faculty.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into enrollments.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing team.
  • Support in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, and sales performance.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
