Job Description

As a Junior Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profits. You will greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them to suitable products. Your responsibilities include engaging customers through suggestive selling, conducting remote selling activities, and cross-selling to HNI customers. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve individual sales targets and drive store profits - Welcome and engage customers, guide them to products, and influence buying decisions - Conduct remote selling activities as requested - Perform priority selling for aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Cross-sell to HNI customers across all product categories - Handle customer queries and complaints effectively - Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on product details - Pack products securely for online orders - Handle customer returns and old gold transactions - Collect customer feedback for business improvement - Ensure accurate entry of customer details for database maintenance - Verify product details and provide accurate information to customers - Inform customers about special offers and enroll them in schemes - Assist customers in scheme opening and purchase processes - Create advance customer profiles and enhance advances - Coordinate customer order placement for on-time delivery - Count and record daily stock, transfer items to the locker, and report sold stock - Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain product quality - Ensure safety of displayed jewellery and report incidents promptly - Generate customer leads, increase footfall, and support in-store events - Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings - Assist in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities - Adhere to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management - Acquire knowledge in all store sections and actively seek self-development opportunities - Identify training needs and complete mandatory programs/certifications Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: HSC - Age: Below 30 - Experience: 2 to 3 years Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India Salary Range: As per industry standard (INR),
