Role: Junior Executive Project Management & Business Development

Location: Navi Mumbai (with travel as required)

Role Overview

The role is an individual contributor position supporting Project Management and Business Development activities for consulting services and pharmaceutical product portfolios. The candidate will assist in managing projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business development initiatives.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management

·        Support end-to-end project management of consulting projects and assigned pharmaceutical product portfolios.

·        Assist in project planning, initiation, execution, tracking, and timely completion of projects as per agreed client timelines.

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external development/manufacturing partners to track project progress.

·        Maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation, support preparation of Monthly MIS reports.

·        Monitor project activities against agreed budgets and timelines under guidance.

·        Assist in managing stakeholder communication and expectations.


Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to track new enquiries and client interactions.
  • Support client meetings, follow-ups, and coordination for new business opportunities.
  • Arrangement for Travel for client meetings, audits, or conferences (domestic/international) as required.


Experience & Qualifications

·        Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. (MBA would be preferred)

·        Around 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical project coordination, regulatory, product development, or consulting environment.

·        Exposure to project management activities in pharmaceuticals is preferred.

·        Basic understanding of project financial tracking and timelines.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Good time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

·        High attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
