Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Junior Executive Human Resources
located in Sriperumbudur.
What a typical day looks like:
o Responsible for supporting and/or administering, coordinating the organization s HR programs and contributing to the monthly closing (reporting) procedure. Offers high-quality and timely help-desk support to employees and managers regarding HR operation business processes.
o Assists to coordinate, support or administer various aspects of the organization s HR programs.
o Performs or supports a wide spectrum of administrative HR functions like employee relations, HR system maintenance and other ad hoc projects, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, Employee Cultural and Engagement programs etc.
o Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
o Employee disciplinary issues and complaint handling.
o Employee communication and survey.
o Employee retention management and conduct improvement programs.
o Drives for Kaizen and motivates employees engagement.
o IDL communication channel, both on line and face to face.
o Manages communication channel, both on line and face to face.
o Works with HOD, people manager and staffing team for both DL and IDL hiring support.
o Works with HOD, people manager, staffing team and HR counterpart in other building for employee redeployment and transferring of both DL and IDL.
o Handles administrative functions including budgets, bill paying and monitoring, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment.
o Keeps track of all expenses and assists in conducting reconciliation and preparing reports on direct management activities costs.
o Organizing and promoting flex ways of working
o Support for Inclusion and Diversity activities
o Support Engagement and cultural activities
o Support cross cultural audits
The experience we re looking to add to our team
o MSW or MA HRM with minimum of 1+ years of experience in manufacturing industry background.
o Demonstrates functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
o Demonstrates advanced skills in multiple areas and industry.
o Demonstrates knowledge of the function and an understanding of Flex business.
o Must have a good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: typing, telephones, data entry, HR related and office software to include, word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.
o Open for Shifts.
