Junior Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support our operations team. The role involves validating data received from the field, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining records in Excel. The position requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with large sets of information in a structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and validate data received from field teams for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers on a regular basis.
• Identify errors or missing information and coordinate with teams for corrections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Keep records organized and ensure proper documentation of validated data.
• Provide support in other reporting or administrative activities as assigned.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management/IT preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in data validation, MIS, or reporting roles will be an advantage.
