Roles & Responsibilities :-
1) Develop, test, and optimize programs for the plasma cutting machine.
2) Read and interpret technical drawings and translate them into cutting programs.
3) Perform machine setup, calibration, and basic maintenance.
4) Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to design specifications.
5) Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
6) Troubleshoot issues related to programming or machine operations.
7) Maintain records of machine programs, tool usage, and daily production logs.
8) Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.
9) Follow safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
10) Support continuous improvement activities for production efficiency.
Skills Required :-
1) Knowledge of plasma cutting machine operations & programming.
2) Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and drawing interpretation.
3) Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
4) Understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
5) Problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities.
6) Good mathematical & analytical skills.
7) Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD/CAM basics).
8) Strong observation & attention to detail.
9) Communication and teamwork skills.
10) Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a plant environment.

Special Requirements :-
1) Education: BE (Mechanical Engineering) with Diploma in Mechanical/Production.
2) Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in production/manufacturing.
3) Willingness to work in a plant/factory setup.
4) Flexible with rotational shifts and overtime if required.
5) Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing plants.
6) Basic understanding of material handling and workshop tools.
7) Should be mechanically inclined with hands-on aptitude.
8) Strong discipline and ability to work independently.
9) Physically fit to work in shop-floor conditions.
10) Open to on-the-job training and career development opportunities.
Should have Two-Wheeler.
Experience : 0-1 Year.
