Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial projects . The ideal candidate will have worked for at least 2 years within the same organization and is passionate about delivering quality workmanship while efficiently managing customer interactions and on-site challenges. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to address and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally Plan proactively for potential problems and execute timely rectification Maintain detailed documentation of every customer issue and manage relevant data efficiently Accurately calculate rectification costs (material & labour) Handle material ordering and ensure timely availability on site Coordinate and manage required subcontractors/agencies as per project needs Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction Excellent planning and organizational ability Accurate cost estimation and calculation skills Proficient in site-level coordination and execution Ability to manage records and data systematically Eligibility Criteria: 3–4 years of relevant experience in reputed real estate firms Minimum 2 years of tenure in the same company (mandatory) Prior experience in finishing works for high-rise projects is essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
