-Good skill on CREO 3D Modelling, Assembly & Detailing using CREO 4.0.
-Good skill on Solid Work
-Knowledge of 2D drawings using Auto CAD. & GD&T.
-Knowledge of Manufacturing & costing BOM in Excel.
-Basic Knowledge about manufacturing processes.
-Having Knowledge of Manufacturing ,Costing ,BOM Preparation .
-Candidate should have Knowledge in design and development activities (preferred Conveyor & Material handling design).
-Proficient in Creo & AutoCAD (Able to do 3D modelling & drafting - Sheetmetal, solid modelling & complex assembly modelling).
-Basic knowledge related in electrical conveyor components (Sensor s selection, PLC programming, motor/ gear box selection & other electrical components selection).
-Basic knowledge on Gd& T
-Able to read 2D Engineering drawings.
-Basic knowledge in material standards & Material grade selection based on the requirement.
-Basic knowledge about machine element selection
-Basic knowledge in welding and structural design.
-Good communication skill & supplier handling
-Individual Design and Development
-Interaction with Client on-site as well as off-site as per Projects Initiation.
-Preparation of BOM for Material handling equipment.
-Preparation of 2D Models for material handling equipment by using AutoCAD. and Validation & Approval of GA Drawing.
-Preparation of Manufacturing Drawings using Creo 4.0 and Releasing Production Drawing.
-Interpretation of IGES/STEP files for preparation of Conceptual products by Creo 4.0.
-Exerting of Design Department quality assurance documents like DRD, ECN..
-Preparation of BOM for Material handling equipment.
-Preparation of 2D Models for material handling equipment by using AutoCAD. and Validation & Approval of GA Drawing.
-Preparation of Manufacturing Drawings using Creo 4.0 and Releasing Production Drawing.
-Interpretation of IGES/STEP files for preparation of Conceptual products by Creo 4.0.
