Junior Customer Service & Operations Agent

You will be working at Globe Air Cargo India, a leading General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) and part of the global ECS Group. Your role will involve providing end-to-end air cargo solutions to major airlines in India, focusing on sales, marketing, and operational services. You will be part of a dynamic work environment known for reliability and innovation, where your expertise in logistics and customer service will be valued. - Handle reservations and provide customer service for cargo movement, including Airway bill verification. - Conduct tele sales to support business development and engage clients. - File IGMs (Import General Manifests) accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate with the passenger team to ensure smooth cargo upliftment. - Collect and verify segregated copies for import cargo and follow up on import inward dates to streamline clearance and delivery processes. - Prepare and assist in flight planning for cargo scheduling and capacity management. - Track and manage station pallet shortages to ensure timely resolution. - Trace shipments, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve any issues. - Issue Delivery Orders promptly for cleared shipments. - Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, ground handlers, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. You should have: - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills. - Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office. - Proficiency in spoken and written English. Ideally, you should have: - 5 years of experience in the airline cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. - Dangerous Goods Certification (desirable). Your profile should include: - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in cargo operations, logistics, or aviation. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Working knowledge of import/export documentation, IGM filing, and cargo tracking. - Ability to multitask and coordinate with various internal and external teams. - Familiarity with MS Office and basic operational software tools such as Cargo spot.,
