Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Write clear, engaging stories for web & socials including listicles, explainers, and carousels/reels scripts. - Identify trends using proprietary data tools and create timely, people-first content themes. - Utilize in-house AI tools, SEO basics, and analytics to enhance content quality. - Conduct research and fact-checking using credible sources such as journals, experts, and official sites. - Repurpose content across various formats with compelling headlines and hooks. - Collaborate with clients, editors, and designers to publish content via CMS. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of writing experience in digital media or brand/editorial content. - Strong grammar skills, headline instincts, and the ability to understand reader preferences. - Proficiency in AI writing tools, SEO fundamentals, and basic analytics. - A mindset for continuous learning, fast execution, and a dynamic startup environment. Bonus points if you have: - Interest or knowledge in Entertainment, fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, and pop culture, especially in the USA. - Experience in writing for US/UK audiences and familiarity with Discover/SEO-first publishing. - Basic Canva skills or a visual sense for creating carousels and social snippets.
