Internship Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Content Production Director to Manage our videographers during on-set shoots. This is a hands-on Job for someone passionate about content creation, looking to gain real-world experience in video production, set support, and digital asset handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage videographers and directors with setup, lighting, equipment handling, and general shoot support.
• Manage and organize digital data—transferring footage, backing up files, and maintaining asset folders.
• Organize pre-shoot and on-location logistics including equipment checks, shoot coordination, and set preparation.
• Maintain production equipment inventory and ensure smooth operations during and after shoots.
• Track shot lists, take production notes, and ensure time-efficient shoot execution.
• Coordinate with post-production team to ensure smooth file handovers and data clarity.
• Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Film, Communications, or related fields.
• Basic familiarity with video production tools and workflow (no advanced skills required).
• Comfortable being on set and assisting with equipment.
• Highly organized, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Must be Mumbai-based and available to travel for shoots within the city.
