Junior Content Production Director

You are a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about content creation and looking to gain real-world experience in video production, set support, and digital asset handling. As a Junior Content Production Director at Quark Marketing, you will be responsible for managing videographers during on-set shoots and ensuring the smooth execution of digital campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include managing videographers and directors with setup, lighting, equipment handling, and general shoot support. You will also be organizing digital data, transferring footage, backing up files, and maintaining asset folders. Additionally, you will be in charge of pre-shoot and on-location logistics, equipment checks, shoot coordination, and set preparation. It will be your duty to maintain production equipment inventory and ensure smooth operations during and after shoots. Tracking shot lists, taking production notes, and ensuring time-efficient shoot execution will also fall under your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with the post-production team to ensure smooth file handovers and data clarity. To qualify for this position, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Film, Communications, or related fields. Basic familiarity with video production tools and workflow is necessary, but advanced skills are not required. You should be comfortable being on set and assisting with equipment. Being highly organized, punctual, and eager to learn are essential qualities for this role. Moreover, you must be based in Mumbai and available to travel for shoots within the city.
