Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations. - Diagnose urological conditions and create treatment plans. - Perform urological surgeries and assist in complex procedures. - Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management. - Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology and surgical techniques. - Participate in professional development and training sessions. - Engage in outreach programs to promote urological health awareness. - Manage patient flow and ensure optimal resource utilization. - Assist in developing and implementing clinical protocols. - Address patient concerns and inquiries effectively. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives. - Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
