As a Sr. Clinical Associate & Research Fellow in Urology at our esteemed institution, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Mentor/Director and Consultants in diagnosing and delivering clinical care in adherence to the Sir HN RFH standards of medical and service excellence. You will work under the supervision of Mentor/Director/Consultants, conducting OPD and other clinical activities as specified and as per privileges granted. Your duties will include attending to full-time Consultants and visiting urologists in their day-to-day activities, conducting free OPDs and Executive Health Check-ups, and supervising Urology Technicians in performing Urodynamic studies. Additionally, you will collaborate with Nephrology teams and the Transplant Coordinator for renal transplant cases, manage casualty cases, perform flexible cystoscopy for removal of DJ stents independently under consultants" supervision, and conduct various urological procedures such as insertion/removal of urinary catheters, urethral suprapubic, and nephrostomy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for collating and analyzing patient records, prescribing/administering medication and therapy, explaining procedures and test results to patients and their families, monitoring patients" conditions, and coordinating with various departments for patient care.
