Junior Civil Engineer

Job Description: Evergreen Enterprises, a leading Borewell Mining Drilling Works Contracting Company based in Erode, India, is currently seeking a Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of infrastructure projects, including hydropower, tunnels, dams, and solar power plants. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, monitoring project progress, risk management, budget management, communication and coordination with stakeholders, quality assurance, contingency planning, and documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Developing Project Plans: You will be responsible for creating detailed schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans to ensure the successful execution of projects. - Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking progress against schedules, identifying delays, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. - Risk Management: You will be tasked with identifying potential risks associated with projects and developing effective mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts. - Budget Management: Participating in budgeting and resource allocation decisions to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. - Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. - Quality Assurance: Ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards through diligent oversight and adherence to best practices. - Contingency Planning: Developing contingency plans to address potential issues and delays that may arise during project execution. - Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and milestones.
