Civil Engineering freshers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in execution and supervision of

  BLT (Ballastless Track) metro track works

• Support site engineers in daily construction activities and site coordination
• Assist in surveying, leveling, and alignment checks as per project requirements
• Monitor quality control parameters and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and supervisors at site
• Ensure adherence to

  safety standards

  and project guidelines
• Learn and follow metro construction methodologies and standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

  Civil Engineering

• Freshers are welcome (01 year experience)
• Basic knowledge of civil construction practices (metro/rail projects preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to work at

  project site

  in Pune
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in metro infrastructure projects
