By utilizing recipes refined over 500 years, we take pride in serving pizzas with rich flavors, all made possible through our cherished aged mother dough and traditional baking methods. Your role as a Junior Chef/Server/Shift Manager in Surat will involve various tasks such as preparing and cooking dishes using authentic sourdough recipes, serving customers, overseeing kitchen and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding high standards of food hygiene. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing shifts, creating staff schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience. To excel in this position, you should possess skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, along with customer service and serving abilities. Strong capabilities in shift management, staff supervision, communication, and interpersonal interactions are crucial. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and adhering to food hygiene standards is essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in the culinary or hospitality industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. However, having a certification related to culinary arts or hospitality will be advantageous.
