With recipes perfected over 500 years, we proudly deliver the culture of authentic sourdough pizza. Using our cherished aged mother dough, we follow traditional fermentation and baking processes to craft pizzas with big, bold flavors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Junior Chef/Server/Shift Manager. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes following authentic sourdough recipes, serving customers, managing kitchen and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene. The role also involves supervising shifts, managing staff schedules, and providing excellent customer service to create an enjoyable dining experience.

  • Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Kitchen Management
  • Customer Service and Serving Skills
  • Shift Management and Staff Supervision abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of cleanliness and attention to food hygiene standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the culinary or hospitality industry is a plus
  • A culinary or hospitality-related certification is preferred
