Junior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role offers opportunities to work with global clients and build a rewarding career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through online platforms and research
• Reach out to international clients via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory – written & verbal)
• Good understanding of IT services and sales cycle
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in BDE/IT Sales role
