We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the IT sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate business through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Email Marketing. This role is a great opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in business development within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, bid, and acquire projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other online portals.
Assist in lead generation through email marketing and other digital platforms.
Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to deliver solutions.
Prepare and send business proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails.
Maintain sales reports and track performance against targets.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of the IT sector, software development, or digital solutions.
Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar freelance portals.
Familiarity with email marketing tools will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BBA, MBA.
Fresher to 6 months of relevant experience.
