Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
• Maintain and update CRM and client databases.
• Assist senior managers with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Prepare basic reports for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (AEC industry experience preferred).
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
