Junior Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in all stages of the sales cycle. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining client relationships while demonstrating strong negotiation skills. You will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Your ability to generate new sales, set and track sales targets, and manage a portfolio of accounts will be key to achieving long-term success. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base. - Generate new sales from existing and potential customer networks. - Act as the main point of contact for customers and address their needs. - Set and track sales account targets in alignment with company objectives. - Develop positive relationships with customers and handle their needs effectively. - Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. - Achieve growth targets and hit sales targets consistently. - Be prepared for extensive regional travel as required. Qualifications Required: - Corporate sales experience with a focus on IT services & Cloud solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. - Ability to work cross-functionally, manage time efficiently, collaborate towards common goals, and work both independently and in team settings. - Fluency in English.
