Junior Business Development Executive

As a Junior Business Development Executive at Transact Global BPO, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company's sales pipeline. You will be responsible for market research, client outreach, follow-ups, and strategic planning through persuasive communication. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Assist in generating leads and converting them into clients. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering solutions aligned with their business needs. - Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding. - Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. - Keep records of sales activity, progress reports, and maintain CRM data accurately. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Actively participate in sales training, team meetings, and contribute to process improvements. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications Required: - Age: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years. - Experience: 03 years (Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are welcome). - Education: Graduate in any stream. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. - Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
