Job Title: Mechanical BIM Modeler (MEPF) Experience Level: 3 to 5 Years Location: Ahmedabad, India Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in modeling MEPF systems for USA-based projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be proficient in using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and BIM professionals to produce accurate and coordinated 3D models and construction documents for a variety of commercial, healthcare, residential, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit MEP . Interpret engineering design and specifications to accurately model system components. Collaborate with electrical and plumbing modelers to ensure coordination across all disciplines. Participate in Clash Detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage . Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models. Follow USA building codes, ASHRAE standards, and company BIM execution plans. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation. Maintain and update BIM libraries and templates. Attend virtual coordination meetings and provide technical support during design and construction phases.
