Role Overview: As a Junior Business Development Executive in the Real Estate sector, your main responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers. Your focus will be on introducing them to the comprehensive real estate services offered by the company. Your efforts will play a vital role in acquiring new clients, particularly for the mandate-based sales and marketing model, thereby converting project opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Builder Onboarding & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and onboard real estate developers for sales mandates and strategic marketing collaborations. - Mandate Sales Pitching: Clearly present our mandate model to builders, explaining value propositions, scope of services, and commercial structures. - Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for builder clients; establish long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Sales Heads). - Client Retention & Upsell: Ensure client satisfaction with deliverables and proactively propose additional services like digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead management solutions. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming real estate projects to identify new business opportunities. - Internal Coordination: Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and execution teams to maintain service quality and meet delivery timelines.
