Junior Business Development Executive

Job Summary: As a Jr. Business Development Executive, you'll support our growth across existing and new customer segments specifically diagnostic centers, pathology & radiology units, and hospitals. You'll drive opportunity generation and pipeline building through proactive engagement, product demos, and close coordination with marketing and senior leadership . Roles and Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads from existing and potential customers. Support presales activities, including research, outreach, and relationship building. Conduct product demos (virtual or on-site) to showcase eLabAssists features and benefits. Assist in developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts. Perform market research to identify ideal customer profiles and emerging trends. Participate in marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences. Collect competitor & market feedback; report insights to senior management. Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs. Attend onsite client meetings with the Tech Manager as required. Requirements: Hands-on exposure or familiarity with CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication in three languages (English, Hindi, Marathi). Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
