👤 Junior Graphic & Visual Designer – Mirai Collective Location: South Delhi Education: Bachelor’s in Communication Design or Visual Design Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design internships Role Type: Full-time | In-office | Monday–Friday Compensation: Industry standard | Includes free coffee and meals Reporting To: Founder, Mirai Collective 🧠 Core Skills & Tools Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (must-have), experience of navigating Kittl & Figma is a plus Strong visual reasoning and storytelling through design Familiar with brand systems , packaging layouts , and retail-ready visuals Actively explores AI visual tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo.ai Eager to work on UI/UX concepts, mobile-first interfaces, and digital visual systems 🔥 Mindset & Motivation Wants to create beautiful, strategic visual systems for FMCG & CPG brands Values craft, color theory, iconography , and modern design aesthetics Follows trends across India and SEA in packaging, visual identity, and digital interfaces Hungry to learn fast, design better , and ship impactful creative Finds joy in experimenting with AI-powered creative workflows Thinks of brand visuals not as decoration, but as conversion tools 📌 Why Mirai Collective?
