Junior Billing Engineer

Job Description

About the Role

• Assist in the preparation and verification of subcontractor and client bills as per site measurements and drawings.
  
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
  
• Maintain and organize billing records, drawings, and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
  
• Support in material reconciliation and verify quantities used versus quantities billed.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth billing workflow.
  
• Prepare measurement sheets and comparison statements to identify deviations or discrepancies.
  
• Participate in site visits to verify executed quantities and assist in resolving billing-related queries.
  
• Prepare and update weekly billing reports, progress sheets, and summaries for management review.
  
• Follow up on pending approvals and ensure all required documentation is submitted on time.
  
• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all billing-related tasks under supervision.

About You

• Minimum Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  
• Minimum Experience: 1 3 years of experience in billing within real estate or construction sector
  
• Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other billing-related tools
  
• Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, good coordination ability
  
• Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
