About the Role

Junior Associate – HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR team in additional initiatives such as employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (preferably in a marketing/digital agency or similar fast-paced environment).
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools and hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
