Job Description

As a Junior Associate in the Finance and Accounting team, your role will involve assisting in financial reporting, managing the general ledger, and supporting key financial processes. You will collaborate with various teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting account reconciliations - Preparing accurate financial statements - Delivering monthly reports to senior management - Maintaining and managing general ledger functions for financial data accuracy and compliance with reporting standards - Supporting internal and external audits for regulatory compliance Furthermore, you will collaborate with other teams on invoicing, credit management, and collections to streamline processes. You will track company assets, perform variance analysis, monitor key performance indicators, analyze financial trends, and provide actionable insights to support management decisions. Additionally, you will assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and capital budgeting for new projects.
