Job Description : Junior Architect Department : Projects Reports to : Director Location : Bangalore Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Fresher Architect/ BE civil to join our team at Vedaanta Senior Living Pvt. Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of senior-friendly living spaces that prioritize safety, comfort, and accessibility. As a part of our team, you will gain valuable experience in a specialized field of architecture focused on enhancing the lives of senior citizens. Key Responsibilities · 3D Modelling: Creating detailed and accurate 3D views in coordination with the design team. Collaborating closely with designers to ensure 3D models align with project concepts and design intent. Preparing immersive walkthroughs and visualizations based on finalized 3D models to effectively present design concepts. · Also Design Support: Assist in creating architectural designs for senior living communities, ensuring they are safe, accessible, and meet the needs of senior residents. · Research and Innovation: Conduct research on senior-friendly design practices, materials, and technologies to integrate them into our projects. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards. Qualifications · Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. · Software Skills : Proficiency in 3D modelling and relevant rendering software, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), · Portfolio : A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and technical skills (required for application). · Communication : verbal and written communication skills. · Detail-Oriented : Keen attention to detail, especially in designing for accessibility and safety. Preferred Qualifications · Internship Experience : Prior internship experience in an architectural firm.
