Role Description The junior architect is expected handle architectural projects by coordinating closely with Principal Architects and senior team members, taking in design inputs, and providing both design and technical solutions as required. They will communicate the design intent to clients and various project consultants/contractors, while overseeing the project workflow from concept to completion. The role includes tracking and documenting all stages of the project to ensure alignment with design goals, technical requirements, and established timelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture. 1-3 years of professional experience. Demonstrated proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp Microsoft Office Suite Additional advantage: Revit Lumion (or equivalent visualization software such as Enscape, V-Ray, D5, 3DS Max) Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, Premier pro. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Good verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
