Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept design, planning, and detailing for residential and commercial redevelopment projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation layouts.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Support in preparing 3D models, renders, and visualization presentations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to ensure design intent is executed on-ground.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, technical documentation, and statutory submission drawings.
• Assist in liaison and approvals process with relevant authorities (BMC, MHADA, etc.).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  SketchUp

  ,

  Revit

  , and basic rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and detailing.
• Good visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (freshers with internship experience welcome).
• Knowledge of local development control regulations preferred.
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) is an advantage.
