Job Description

Junior Architect Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: Freshers Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Key Responsibilities Design Assistance : Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and plans, including conceptual sketches and detailed drawings. Drafting & Modeling : Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Site Visits : Conduct site visits to assess project progress, gather measurements, and ensure designs are implemented accurately. Documentation : Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts. Research : Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance and innovation in projects. Required Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Software Proficiency : Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
