Job Description

You will be responsible for providing support for Pega systems in the position of Junior Analyst at Owens & Minor. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to and resolving day-to-day issues reported by users within SLA timelines. - Performing defect fixes and debugging using clipboard, Tracer, and Live UI tools. - Utilizing PDC for monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging solutions. - Creating Pega Cloud Tickets/Requests. - Managing incidents, guiding teammates, and escalating complex issues when necessary. - Performing system maintenance tasks and ensuring production health. - Supporting the analysis and implementation of various PEGA components such as Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Case Management, UI design, Dashboards, and Reports. Additionally, you may need to work in rotational shifts and have on-call responsibilities. You will also be expected to collaborate with diverse remote teams and be familiar with Agile methodology. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in application support/enhancement in Pega PRPC V8.x. - Proficiency in using PDC for troubleshooting and monitoring. - Pega certified Systems Architect (CSA). - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to drive incident communication with users and stakeholders. - Knowledge of Core Java, relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgresSQL), Pega Admin Studio, and ticketing tools like Service Now.
