About Degree2Destiny: Degree2Destiny is a Northeastern University–funded edtech startup on a mission to teach 1 million students AI, communication, and networking skills for future-ready careers. We deliver impactful workshops, create smart digital tools, and collaborate with top colleges across India. We're expanding our tech team to support growing demand from our education and corporate partners for websites, custom apps, and AI-powered tools. Role Overview: We are looking for a B.Tech fresher with a basic grasp of Python and software logic, who is eager to grow into a full-stack no-code + AI developer. You’ll support the design and development of websites and apps for D2D’s client institutions and ecosystem partners. This is a hands-on learning role, ideal for someone who wants to build real-world projects using modern no-code tools, AI platforms, and UI/UX principles. What You’ll Do: Build and customize websites and mobile apps for our college and corporate partners Use AI tools like Lovable.ai, Custom GPTs, and GenAI plugins to add automation Work with platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Glide, Softr, or Framer Collaborate with D2D mentors, designers, and content teams Troubleshoot bugs, test user flows, and support product releases Maintain clean project documentation and basic analytics dashboards What We’re Looking For: B.Tech (CS, IT, or related streams), 0–1 years experience Familiarity with Python or basic programming logic Enthusiastic about learning no-code tools and AI integrations Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Comfortable working on multiple projects and timelines Willingness to take ownership and contribute to real deliverables Nice to Have (but not mandatory): Exposure to Figma, Canva, basic HTML/CSS Any portfolio or college project showcasing UI or app design Interest in education or social-impact startups Why Join D2D: Build real projects used by colleges and students across India Learn AI, UI design, and automation through expert-led mentorship Contribute to a mission-driven startup funded by Northeastern University Gain exposure to startup workflows, partner communications, and client delivery High-growth pathway with potential to move into senior product or AI roles Perks: Learning certificate and Letter of Recommendation Free access to D2D’s premium AI learning programs Mentorship from industry leaders and startup founders Flexible work hours, remote-first culture How to Apply: Send your resume and a short paragraph on why you want to work in AI + no-code and some proof of work to: 📧 info@degree2destiny.com Show more Show less
