Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Administrator located in Gurugram. The Junior Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting in day-to-day operations. The role includes maintaining databases, preparing reports, and supporting project management tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management and support the team in achieving their objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills, including organizing and managing office supplies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle correspondence and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Basic knowledge of project management and database maintenance
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
