Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Voucher Entry & Accounting

• Preparation and entry of various vouchers, including payment, receipt, journal, purchase and sales.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness in day-to-day accounting operations.

2. Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Proficient use of Tally 9.0 for maintaining and updating books of accounts.
• Creating and managing ledgers, stock items,

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitoring and recording all incoming and outgoing payments.
• Coordinating with clients and vendors for payment follow-up and reconciliation of outstanding dues.

4. Bank Reconciliation

• Performing monthly reconciliation of bank statements
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately posted and accounted for.

5. Payroll Support

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly salary statements.
• Maintaining records related to employee payments and reimbursements.

6. Inventory and Asset Management

• Maintaining up-to-date inventory records and monitoring stock movements.
• Managing and documenting company assets, purchases, and depreciation records.

7. Financial Documentation

• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,412.21 per month
