Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assist in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

Prepare and Post journal entries, manage ledgers, and reconcile accounts.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, Bank Reconciliation and vendor payments.

2. Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Conduct variance analysis and provide necessary reports to management.

3. Taxation and Compliance:

Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings are accurate and timely.

Assist with audits and respond to queries from regulatory authorities.

4. Other Duties:

Support internal and external audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for finance-related activities.

Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Hands-on experience with accounting softwares

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification (CA Inter/Articleship preferred)

Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Hands-on experience with accounting softwares

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
