Junior Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Thorough with statutory compliance of GST, TDS, TCS, Profession tax.

1) Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, BRS, and preparation of debtors/creditors statement.

2) Handling petty cash, preparing bills & receipts.

3) Performing all basic accounting functions.

4) Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

5) Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

6) To prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects.

7) Preparing Ageing of outstanding payables and Receivables.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

· Proficiency in all kinds of journal/Ledger entries in Tally ERP 9 (prime) is a must.

· Experience in MS office (Excel & Word) and Health-Medical Industry is highly preferred.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Proactive and well organized.

· Work Experience in any Healthcare or Hospital is preferable.

· Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
