About Us

We are a fast-growing restaurant chain committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences across all our outlets. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the smooth functioning of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP / AR / cash handling / petty cash).
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) from all outlets.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and credit card settlements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and internal departments for financial clarity.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Monitor inventory reports and verify stock-related entries.
• Ensure timely vendor bill processing and payment scheduling.
• Support audits and provide documentation when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (F&B / hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (as per your system).
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
