Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance/Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in accounting and finance, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, journals, and ledgers
• Handle payment entries, receipts, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable & payable
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare basic MIS reports for management
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Tally / ERP / Accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST & TDS
• Good analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (optional for freshers)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
