Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: New Delhi ( R.K Puram) Company: Kaiel Hotel & Restaurant Pvt.Ltd Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing restaurant chain committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences across all our outlets. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the smooth functioning of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP / AR / cash handling / petty cash). Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) from all outlets. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and credit card settlements. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents. Coordinate with outlet managers and internal departments for financial clarity. Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements. Monitor inventory reports and verify stock-related entries. Ensure timely vendor bill processing and payment scheduling. Support audits and provide documentation when required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting (F&B / hospitality experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (as per your system). Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
