Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive in this role, your main responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation and Sales:** - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing product/service information. - **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:** - Delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - **Account Management:** - Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and resolving client issues. - **Financial Management within Accounts:** - **Market Research and Analysis:** - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, as well as monitoring competitor activities. - **Reporting and Communication:** - Preparing and submitting sales reports, providing feedback on market trends, and communicating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support). In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in specific tasks such as prospecting, meeting clients, closing deals, account maintenance, and reporting. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - **Sales and Negotiation Skills:** Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships. - **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - **Product Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry knowledge. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively. - **Time Management and Organization:** Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts, and a performance bonus structure. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts work, field sales executive roles, and bookkeeping. The work location is in person.
