JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

As a Junior Male Accountant, your role will involve processing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with senior accountants. It is essential for you to have a strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or QuickBooks. - Assist in preparing journal entries and participate in the monthly closing of accounts. - Ensure that all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards. - Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements. - Monitor cash inflows and outflows, and maintain a daily cashbook. - Support petty cash management and reporting. - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Collaborate with senior accountants in analyzing financial data and preparing MIS reports. - Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or QuickBooks. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills.
