Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally Prime and Excel, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining records, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Process vendor invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain records of financial transactions and supporting documents
• Generate reports and summaries using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Coordinate with senior accountants and other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must
• Strong Excel skills – formulas, data analysis, formatting, etc.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax systems
• Familiarity with other accounting tools or ERP systems (optional)
• Internship or training experience in a similar role

Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
