Job Description

Location:Assagao-North Goa (Candidates from Goa preferred)

Rio Luxury Homes Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally Prime to manage accounts related to society maintenance and housing projects. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, maintenance billing, collections, and reconciliation for residential societies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue maintenance invoices to residents.
Record daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Track payments received and maintain accounts receivable.
Follow up with residents for pending dues.
Handle bank reconciliation, cash/ledger accounts.
Maintain records of society-related expenses (repairs, utilities, services).
Assist in preparation of monthly/annual maintenance statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS where applicable).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
Knowledge of maintenance accounting for societies will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
1–2 years of experience preferred.
