Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, support audits, and assist management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.).
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support payroll processing and expense management.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and vouchers.
Support management with financial data for planning and budgeting.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
1–3 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing/industry experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
