Junior Accountant

Job Description – Junior Accountant About Us: Jindal Medical Store, established in 1968, is a leading pharmaceutical company located in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. With a dedicated team of 40–45 employees, we pride ourselves on a collaborative and professional work environment. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The role involves handling daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the senior accounts team. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses) ● Handle cash book and bank book entries ● Prepare bills, vouchers, and invoices ● Assist in bank reconciliation (basic level) ● Maintain accounts data and reports in MS Excel ● Track outstanding payments and receipts ● Assist in basic GST data entry and documentation ● Support senior accountant in day-to-day accounting work ● Ensure accuracy and proper record maintenance Skills Required: ● Basic knowledge of accounting principles ● Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software ● MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas) ● Good numerical and calculation skills ● Attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications: Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Gender: Only Male Salary: ■13,000 – ■15,000 per month Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) Language: Basic English (read & write) Location: 1701/2 Ground Floor, Bhagirath Palace, Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 110006 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Time: 11 AM – 7 PM How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to: HR Email ID-hr@jmsexports.in Contact Number / WhatsApp-8595121601
