Job Summary:

We are looking for a post-graduate fresher to join our team as a Data Entry & Systems Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inward entries, managing Excel-based data, and supporting day-to-day system-related operations. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented individual with good analytical and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain inward records in Excel and internal systems.
• Verify and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize reports, logs, and supporting documentation.
• Support system-based data entry, tracking, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely data collection and entry.
• Assist in maintaining digital records and backups for research and administrative purposes.
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and company policies.
• Provide general administrative and technical support to the operations or research teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Post-Graduate degree in Science, Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
• Basic understanding of computer systems and software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,494.63 - ₹18,000.00 per month
